Affiliate Partner Programme
Terms and Conditions

These terms govern participation in the verify.trading Affiliate Partner Programme. By registering as an affiliate partner you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:
2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
2.1 To be eligible to participate in the Programme an Affiliate must:
2.2 The Company reserves the right to decline any application to the Programme at its sole discretion and without providing reasons.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Programme at any time if these Terms are breached or if the Affiliate's Pro subscription lapses.
2.4 An Affiliate may not register multiple accounts. Each individual or entity may hold one affiliate account only.
3. REFERRAL TRACKING
3.1 Each Affiliate will be assigned a unique Referral Link upon acceptance into the Programme. This link is used to track referrals and must be used for all promotional activity.
3.2 A referral will be attributed to an Affiliate when a new user clicks the Affiliate's Referral Link and completes a Pro subscription upgrade within 90 days of that click.
3.3 Referrals are tracked via Rewardful using cookie-based attribution with a 90-day cookie window.
3.4 The Company does not accept self-referrals. An Affiliate may not use their own Referral Link to sign up for or upgrade their own account. Any commission generated through self-referral will be forfeited.
3.5 The Company does not accept referrals of existing verify.trading users who have previously held an account. Commission is payable only in respect of genuinely new customers.
3.6 The Company's tracking records shall be the definitive record of all referral attributions and shall be final in any dispute.
4. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
4.1 Subject to these Terms, the Company will pay the Affiliate a commission of 30% (thirty percent) of the net subscription revenue received from each Referred Customer for each month that the Referred Customer maintains an active Pro subscription.
4.2 Based on the current Pro subscription price of £20 per month, this equates to £6.00 per Referred Customer per month. The commission amount will adjust proportionally if the Pro subscription price changes.
4.3 Commission is calculated on net revenue after any refunds, chargebacks or payment processing fees applicable to the Referred Customer's payment.
4.4 Commission is recurring. It continues to be payable each month that the Referred Customer's Pro subscription remains active with no time limit, subject to these Terms remaining in force.
4.5 There is no cap on the number of referrals an Affiliate may make or on the total commission payable.

4.7 The Company reserves the right to modify the commission rate with 30 days' written notice to active Affiliates. The rate applicable at the time a subscription payment is received shall apply to that payment.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Commission payments are processed monthly via Rewardful. Payments are made on or around the 15th day of the calendar month following the month in which the commission was earned.
5.2 There is no minimum payout threshold. Any commission balance will be paid on the scheduled payment date.
5.3 The Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate and current payment details within Rewardful. The Company accepts no liability for failed payments resulting from incorrect payment information.
5.4 All commissions are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Where payment is made in another currency, conversion will be at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.
5.5 The Affiliate is solely responsible for all taxes, duties and levies arising from their participation in the Programme and receipt of commission payments. The Company will not withhold tax on commission payments unless required to do so by applicable law.
5.6 Commission payments will cease immediately upon termination of the Affiliate's participation in the Programme for any reason.
5.7 The Company reserves the right to withhold payment of commission where it reasonably suspects fraud, misrepresentation or breach of these Terms pending investigation.
6. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS
6.1 The Affiliate agrees to promote verify.trading honestly, accurately and in a manner consistent with the Company's brand guidelines.
6.2 The Affiliate must clearly and prominently disclose their affiliate relationship with verify.trading in all promotional content. This disclosure must be clear to the audience and comply with all applicable advertising standards including the UK ASA guidelines and FTC rules where applicable.
6.3 The Affiliate must not make any misleading, inaccurate or unsubstantiated claims about verify.trading, its features, its performance or any outcomes that users may expect.
6.4 The Affiliate must not make any claims that constitute financial advice, investment advice or trading recommendations. The Affiliate must not suggest that verify.trading guarantees profitable trading outcomes.
6.5 The Affiliate must not use paid search advertising (including Google Ads, Bing Ads or similar) that bids on the brand keywords 'verify.trading', 'verifytradng' or any confusingly similar variation without the prior written consent of the Company.
6.6 The Affiliate must not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging or any form of bulk outreach in violation of applicable laws including the UK GDPR, PECR and CAN-SPAM Act.
6.7 The Affiliate must not use any automated bot, script or other artificial means to generate clicks, sign-ups or referrals.
6.8 The Affiliate must not create websites, social media profiles or any other content that impersonates verify.trading or could reasonably be mistaken for an official verify.trading channel.
6.9 The Affiliate must not use the verify.trading brand, name, logo or trademarks in any way that is not expressly permitted by the Company.
6.10 The Affiliate must promptly update or remove any promotional content upon request by the Company.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 The Company grants the Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the verify.trading name, logo and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Programme in accordance with these Terms.
7.2 This licence does not permit the Affiliate to modify, adapt or create derivative works from any Company intellectual property.
7.3 All intellectual property rights in the verify.trading brand, platform, content and technology remain exclusively with the Company.
7.4 The licence granted under Clause 7.1 terminates automatically upon termination of the Affiliate's participation in the Programme.
8. TERMINATION
8.1 Either party may terminate the Affiliate's participation in the Programme at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
8.2 The Company may terminate an Affiliate's participation with immediate effect and without notice if the Affiliate:
8.3 Upon termination, the Affiliate's Referral Link will be deactivated and no further commission will accrue.
8.4 Any commission accrued and unpaid at the date of termination will be paid on the next scheduled payment date provided the termination was not due to fraud or material breach by the Affiliate.
8.5 Where termination is due to fraud or material breach, the Company reserves the right to withhold all unpaid commission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 The Company's total aggregate liability to the Affiliate under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total commission paid to the Affiliate in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 The Company shall not be liable to the Affiliate for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Programme.
9.3 The Company does not warrant that the Programme will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the tracking system will capture every referral in all circumstances.
9.4 The Affiliate participates in the Programme entirely at their own risk. The Company makes no representations regarding the income potential of the Programme.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
10.1 Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Programme.
10.2 The Affiliate must not disclose the commission rate, payment terms or any other non-public Programme details to third parties without the prior written consent of the Company.
11. AMENDMENTS
11.1 The Company may amend these Terms at any time by providing 14 days' written notice to active Affiliates via the email address registered with Rewardful.
11.2 Continued participation in the Programme following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
11.3 If an Affiliate does not accept the amended Terms they must notify the Company in writing before the effective date and their participation will be terminated in accordance with Clause 8.
12. GENERAL
12.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Affiliate in relation to the Programme and supersede any prior representations, agreements or understandings.
12.2 The Affiliate may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Company.
12.3 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.4 Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12.5 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.6 Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between the Company and the Affiliate.
Acceptance
By registering for the verify.trading Affiliate Partner Programme the Affiliate confirms that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
Registration via partners.verify.trading constitutes electronic acceptance of these Terms and is legally binding.
